I love to see people succeed. 

I've coached and mentored and taught in many different settings, in many different formats, over many decades.

I love working with beginners because strong foundations aren't negotiable. 

It's important to work with people who are struggling because it's awful to feel stuck or scared and not be able to find help. 

I love working with people who are already on their way because it makes my heart soar to watch a launch or a level-up, or see a master fly higher than they imagined they could.

I see and notice a lot. I didn't get much help at some points so when I see something that will help someone else, I tell it how it is because I love seeing people nail it.

I love to learn.

I especially like to learn I'm wrong and I'll change my world view if I am. I’m not an expert in much but I make a point to learn wherever I am. I ask a lot of questions and value it when others do the same.

I've done a lot of things. It's not always what it looks like.

25 year career in higher education, some very senior roles. Pilates instructor. Traveled the country and the world while I was at school as an international jump rope competitor. Six-time ultraman distance triathlon finisher (a women's record of some description?), now dabbling in race commentating. Five degrees including the Dr title. Thematic event decorator. National level competitive pole dancer. Lab Manager. Traffic controller. Wheel of Fortune carry over champ.

Some of this can look good on paper but I did pretty much all of it for the wrong reasons. Anyone who does anything from the wrong place is building a shadow that's the perfect equal and opposite of sh*t they aren't ready to see so it remains hidden. So for me, what look like good bit were were also blood hard --> same sh*t, different angle. 

BUT I've learned a lot doing all that stuff, I've done a stack of work to deal with the reasons I felt like I needed to do it, and racked up a few big lessons along the way.  It was a lot. A LOT. The work will never stop but that's the point. 

Now, I'm left with a very deep, very broad set of experiences to draw on when I help others. On balance I'm grateful it was what it was, so it could turn into what it is now.

I’m effective but I'm not for everyone.

It takes a reasonably strong person to get where I've got. I have a very big heart. Kindness is a core value.

I don't particularly like to be called intuitive, or anything else. I don’t have an issue with labels, I’ve just never needed one. 

I struggle to see duality because it always happens as a single system.

I’m neither spiritual nor a scientist but I subscribe to logic. I bring lifelong healthy skepticism directly into intuitive work, which is working out well because intuition - and spirituality for that matter - is refreshingly logical.

I'm not sure how or why I can do this but I'm deeply pragmatic - if it works, it works and it's making a difference for people. 

I'm rolling with it.

I only accept money if I'll bring genuine value. 

I've tested and worked through what I offer to make sure it's genuinely valuable.
