Sessions 

Sessions are online and run up to two hours. Several are needed to create the lasting change you're looking for. They are usually two weeks apart so new information can land fully before the next one. 

This isn't a flaw in the process, it's the nature of work this deep. 

Real clarity takes the time it takes. So does learning to live inside it.
